I'm using Advance Menu Turning for LB3000IIM and MULT300W. The software works properly for the LB3000; however, the message - "A hardware key is out of order. Check the key for insertion" appears when using the MULT300W software. A dongle is used for each machine. Both dongles are inserted and several combinations of starting the program/dongle insertion have been tried.

As the message says, you will actually need to replace the dongles because they're either expired or no longer used as they should. However, I would like to recommend performing another installation for the dongle's driver and software. Make sure to close all the software applications that work in conjunction with the dongle. Re-install the software, then start the application and it should work normally.
When you receive this message, it means that the software's hardware security key is not functioning well or not working at all. Open Device manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and check if the hardware key is installed correctly. Additionally, go to Control > Uninstall a program and completely remove any installation related to the hardware security/sentinel driver then perform a new installation after you reboot the computer. If everything is performed correctly, the software should start.
